My name is Elizabeth Ivey Restaino. I am a fourth generation Texan, raised in Austin. I received a BA in English and History at the University of Texas, and my teaching certificate from Southwest. I have been teaching in Elgin for six years now, and have really enjoyed working in this community. I'm very excited about what we will be doing this year, and looking forward to meeting my new students this fall.
This summer I married my wonderful husband, and will be making the transition to my married name, Mrs. Restaino. I imagine this will be confusing because my email will likely remain under my maiden name. I'm sure I'll still answer to both.
